Repairs & Maintenance
Our properties in the South are benefiting from a multi-million pound improvement programme and we are well on the way to achieving the 2010 Decent Homes Standard. Over 95% already meet this standard and our continued investment in heating and insulation means warmer and more energy efficient homes for our residents.
During 2007 our residents and staff worked together in selecting contractors to carry out the reactive maintenance and gas servicing long term partnering arrangements for East Sussex and term contracts for central heating installation, external painting and grounds maintenance.
