Lisa Cornish is Orbit South's Customer Involvement Advisor.
She works across Orbit South supporting the Neighbourhood Teams and Service Managers in all things ‘customer involvement’, as well as taking the lead on a number of focus groups and looking after the consultation pool (the list of residents who have shown an interest in getting involved in the work we do).

The menu lists the variety of ways in which you can get involved including: street and block voices, the editorial panel, surveys and estate inspections.
We understand that when you get involved you may sometimes have to pay for transport or childcare but we don't want you to be out of pocket, so we'll always refund your costs, just keep your receipts.
