Resident Involvement
Lisa Cornish is Orbit South's Resident Engagement Officer.
She works across Orbit South supporting your Neighbourhood Managers, Officers and Assistants in all things ‘resident engagement’, as well as taking the lead on a number of focus groups, mystery shopping and looking after the consultation pool (the list of residents who have shown an interest in getting involved in the work we do).
Lisa has created the new Menu of Involvement, with a good amount of input from a residents’ forum. You can see the menu here, pick up a copy in reception areas, and we also hope you will be able to pick up a copy from any Orbit South staff member who visits your home.
The menu lists the variety of ways in which you can get involved including: the editorial panel, surveys and estate inspections.
We understand that when you get involved you may sometimes have to pay for transport or childcare but we don't want you to be out of pocket, so we'll always refund you costs, just keep your receipts.
To learn more about resident engagement at Orbit South browse these pages and let us know if you'd like to get involved.
Lisa said: “I really want to ensure that whatever outcomes are achieved as a result of you being involved, are fed back and you can see we have listened and, where we can, have acted on your views, comments and ideas, and of course, make sure we shout about our successes!”
