The staff and residents of Marler House in Erith have raised £467 for the Help the Heroes charity. Groups and businesses from across the area donated prizes such as a Morrison’s and Bon Marche voucher, a meal for two at the Toby Carvery, a hamper from Asda and the local PCSO donated four hours of his time to help a residents with DIY etc, which were auctioned. Orbit South’s Mark Smithers volunteered to be the auctioneer and dressed up for the occasion. We’d like to thank all the businesses who made donations.
