Applying for a home
The process of applying for an Orbit South home differs depending on where you currently live.
Most of our homes are let through a nomination agreement with the local council, so you will need to apply direct to your local council housing department. Specific details to some of our areas are detailed below. If you are interested in moving into an Orbit South home please contact your local housing department, details are below.
Applying for a home in the Bexley area
From 21st July 2010 any new applicants will need to contact London Borough of Bexley Council to register for Chopice Based Lettings. Once registered you will be able to express an interest in any vacant property advertise through the scheme by making a bid on the Councils HomeChoice website www.bexleyhomechoice.org.uk
